Crash Barriers

Specification:

Available in either Heavy or Standard Duty specification our crash barriers protect machinery, racking, shelving and partitioning in factories and warehouses from damage by pallet and forklift trucks, trolleys etc. The Heavy Duty version comprises a 312mm deep galvanised steel rail, bolted onto 100 x 100 x 3.5mm support posts, 750mm high mounted on 200 x 200 x 10mm base plates.
The Standard Duty version comprises a 160mm deep galvanised steel rail, bolted onto 100 x 50 x 3mm support posts, 750mm high on 200 x 50 x 10mm base plates. Both versions can be supplied with quarter bend terminals, 90° bends and high visibility plastic end caps; the heavy version can also be supplied with "fishtail" ends. The support posts and base plates are powder coated Yellow - RAL 1018 and the rails are supplied in galvanized finish. Heavy Duty rail comes in 3.2 metre lengths and Standard Duty rail in 4.0 metre lengths, however we will design and manufacture each job to suit the customer's requirements. Twin rail systems and different height support posts can also be supplied if required.
