Preventative Maintenance Repair and Service Contract

Storwell are fully committed to all of our customers well beyond the final completion of a contract and its successful installation.

Guarantee - For your peace of mind

We guarantee all of our installed systems against defects including parts and labour caused by any failure of product or quality of workmanship for one year after completion.

After this period although our systems are extremely reliable, they like any capital equipment that has mechanical moving parts and will need to have some attention and a planned "preventative" maintenance schedule is advisable.

After all, "prevention is better than cure".

Depending on the age of the system, number bases and complexity of the installation we would undertake an initial survey to assess its condition and provide a detailed report for a nominal charge - from around £150.00.

The cost of any items that needed to be repaired or changed would be listed before we could take on the maintenance contract which would cover the entire system (parts and labour) for one year for any breakdown other than that caused by misuse.

Our engineers are fully factory trained and can repair and service other manufacturers' mobile systems too - NO PROBLEM.
